About This Quiz
Was science your favorite subject in school? Do you still view yourself as an amateur scientist? We've compiled a series of 35 general science questions that require more than just basic knowledge. Do you think you can ace it and make your high school science teacher proud? Let's get started to find out.
General science certainly was not everyone's favorite subject in school, but we think science is fun! General science is a collection of knowledge based on Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Astronomy, and more - it's a bit of a mish-mosh of non-specific, well, general knowledge.Â
We're not asking you to name all of the elements on the periodic table (we will save that for another quiz), but we might ask you one or more of the more well-known elements. For instance, do you know the symbols for the elements of gold, lead, iron, and carbon? If you said Au, Pb, Fe, and C, you are correct.Â
Do you also know what causes ocean tides (the moon), what animal was the first to be cloned (Dolly, the sheep), and what type of organisms viruses are, then you are probably ready to try your hand at this quiz.
