That number is so big it may as well be a gajillion dollars. It's more than any single person could ever spend in a lifetime. But one thing you can understand with a number that big is that we love movies. As a people, we can't get enough of the escapism. Whether it's the story, the acting, the action, or the effects, there's something in a movie to appeal to pretty much everyone.

It makes sense that if people are so different yet able to come together over a love of movies, the way all these different people watch movies has to be a little different from one to the next, right?
