The fast-food giants spend a lot of money every year on advertising. With hip new slogans, upbeat music and well-timed flashes of idealized forms of their food, the growing number of fast food restaurants battle for your hard-earned dollars on a never-ending basis. They compete to offer value menus and special seasonal items to get customers to come through the door and to grab a bigger piece of the pie. The question is, after all that effort to win you over, which one do you actually prefer?

If you're someone who is generally in a hurry, and you tend to stick to the tried and true things in your life, we're thinking there's a good chance that the Golden Arches are a frequent part of your everyday life. If you have fond memories of playing on an indoor playground and getting a cool new toy in your Happy Meal, we're even more convinced that Mickey D's is your fast food restaurant of choice.

On the other hand, maybe you're trying to eat healthier, and you like the idea of being able to customize your meal. In that case, perhaps Subway is more your style. If that's the case, you may have been embarrassed by the recent upsetting news regarding the iconic spokesman of your go-to spot, but that isn't going to stop you from taking advantage of that amazing $5 Footlong deal.

Your order is ready. Please pull forward.
