Blue is not a very popular color when it comes to naturally occurring plants and flowers but luckily, flowers like hydrangea, violets, irises, periwinkle, grape hyacinths and anemone can be seen blooming in this color. These flowers are highly sought after as they add a sense of peace and tranquility to every backyard.
Like many other flowers, they all have specific growth requirements and they can be found growing in gardens, parks and in the wild all over the world at different times of the year.
The varying shades of blue all represent different things. For example, pale blue is said to represent creativity and freedom, while light blue; health, tranquility, and understanding. Dark blue symbolizes knowledge, integrity, power, confidence, and trustworthiness.
