The 785 D mining truck from CAT has a gross operating weight of 250,000 kilograms! It generates over 1000 kW of power and has a top speed of 54 km/h.

Bulldozers with wheels offer speed, maneuverability and mobility. The 834K is a large-sized wheeled dozer from CAT.

The biggest digging jobs need serious excavators such as the 336D2 from CAT. It has an operational weight of 86,840 kg’s.

This machine uses a massive roller, usually on the front, to compact soil, among other surfaces. The CW 12 from CAT has a roller that can cover a width of just over 2 meters.

With an operating weight of 7713 kg’s, the CAT D3K2 falls into the small bulldozer class. Don’t be fooled, it can get the job done!

A three-axle articulated truck, the CAT 725 C has a bare chassis. The C13 engine produces 375 brake horsepower and the truck can travel at up to 55 km/h.

When you need to dig on a construction site, you call in an excavator. The 300.9D from CAT is perfect for smaller digging jobs not suitable for manual labor. It has an operating weight of 936 kgs.

Feller bunchers are used to help harvest trees. The CAT 522B is a great example of a rugged, hard-working machine in this category of heavy machinery. It has a reach of 8.1 meters.

Backhoe loaders are found on many construction sites and are capable of digging, trenching and backfilling, among other tasks. The 416 F2 operates with a center pivot and has a digging depth of 4.3 meters.

When you need to dig on a construction site, you call in an excavator. The 318D2L can handle bigger jobs and has an operational weight of 8,400 kg’s.

An important mine excavation tool, CAT offers many drag line models such as the 8200. It has a boom length of 100 meters.

This large CAT dozer has an operating weight of 48,000 kg’s. No job is too big for this behemoth.

For tougher digging jobs, the CAT 326 D2 is your excavator of choice. It has an operational weight of 28,500 kilograms.

The CAT 775g WTR Bare chassis off-highway trucks often have specialty functions such as water trucks or tow tractors depending on how they are needed on-site.

A dozer specifically for handling waste, the D9T has an operating weight of over 50,000 kg’s and a maximum blade width of 5.5 meters.

Backhoe loaders are found on many construction sites and are capable of digging, trenching and backfilling, among other tasks. The 444 F2 has a sideshift digging arm.

These loaders, as their name suggests, can work in practically any terrain type. This is helped by their grippy rubberized tracks. The 297D is a very popular model from CAT

These trucks are normally used to take ore, waste products and anything else that needs to move off site.
