About This Quiz
When it comes to television, some of the most popular shows were ones which were centered around families. Every decade, these shows portrayed the day to day struggles that many families faced which in some ways reminded us of our very own upbringing.Â
While the children played an integral role, it was the parents (in most of the shows) who stood out. While a few of the shows went to the extreme with their portrayal of parents, many of them were spot on in their depictions. While they weren't all model parents, they all had some effect on the people that their children turned out to be.
Some of the most well-known parents include Joyce Summers from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Roseanne Conner from Roseanne, Rainbow & Dre Johnson from Black-ish, Sandy and Kirsten Cohen from the OC, Hiram and Hermione Lodge from Riverdale and Cameron and Mitchell from Modern Family.Â
If you were given images of some of the most popular parents on television, would you be able to guess who they were or what show they came from? Well, if you are a pop culture fanatic who has watched tons of television shows, this is the quiz for you. Take it to see how well you know your TV parents!
