The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants is a series of young-adult novels written by best selling author Ann Brashares, about four girls who find a pair of jeans which happens to fit all four of them perfectly. Two of the books have been adapted into movies. The four besties have made every list of top fictional girl squads and it is easy to see why, as they truly define the meaning of friendship.
