Clark Gable and Cary Grant were two of the most iconic leading men in the movie industry. Both men were born in the early 1900s - Clark Gable in 1901 and Cary Grant in 1904 - but they led very different lives and left very different impressions on Hollywood and moviegoers.

Clark Gable was called The King of Hollywood. During his career, he starred in such films as "Gone with the Wind," "Mutiny on the Bounty," and "It Happened One Night." Gable headlined more than 60 major motion pictures during his career.

Cary Grant was actually born in England (who knew?) and became a US citizen in 1942. Some of his most memorable roles were in films such as "I Was a Male War Bride," "Nothing but the Lonely Hears," "To Catch a Thief," and "Suspicion." He was notable for his work in comedies and the films of iconic director, Alfred Hitchcock.
