For some of us, getting a haircut can be an anxiety-producing experience, and it is the especially the case for people with longer hair. Usually, for people with shorter hair, a trip to the salon involves only a few inches cut off after a wash in the case of a new style, and even less if it's for a quick trim. For long-haired individuals, the hair is cut in sections and it can take a very long time. If there is a misstep, instead of only a few weeks' worth of growth, it could take months or even years to regrow the hair to its previous length.
Caring for long hair can be just as much as a chore as it is to maintain a shorter 'do. The long-haired person will use brushes to make the shapes that help their tresses look voluminous and desirable. Round brushes, when combined with a blow dryer, will create curls of various sizes. When used with a blow dryer, a paddle brush can remove kinks and give a sleek and effortless look.
We know you may be looking to grow or already have long hair, but what kind of style do you think would work best with your lifestyle? Not sure? Take this quiz to find out what we think would look the best on you.
