About This Quiz

Music makes people come together! Rather than singing Madonna's hits, music makes the Hogwarts houses come together. Although students are normally sorted into the different houses because of their personality traits, today we're telling you which house you belong in based on your taste in music!

In 1997, J. K. Rowling released Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. With her introduction of the wizarding world, she also created the concept of the Hogwarts houses. Students would be placed in houses based on their personality traits. You watched characters like Harry, Ron, and Hermione get sorted into Gryffindor because they were brave. Characters like Draco Malfoy seemed evil, but he was a Slytherin because of his ambition. The houses continued with Ravenclaw students like Luna who were known for their intelligence and creativity while Hufflepuff is known for their hard work and loyalty. Which house do you belong in?

It might be easier to pick your Hogwarts house based on your personality, but often times, the music we listen to is a direct reflection of it! Those listening to daring crossovers between genres could be Gryffindors. If you're open and fair to all genres of music, this could make you a Hufflepuff. Or are you a Slytherin or Ravenclaw? Are you ready to decide once and for all which Hogwarts house you belong in? What kind of music will you and your house be jamming to?
